Chad specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) having taught college-level GIS courses and worked in the GIS industry with utility companies, local governments, marketing groups and archaeological organizations. Chad also teaches college level courses in Anthropology, Geology, and GIS and has been involved in archaeological consulting for 15 years. He has published papers in statistical modeling and GIS and his recent focus is on combining GIS and geologic modeling.

Beth specializes in ensuring that cost effective operations and infrastructure are in place to support all staff and volunteers. She ensures that the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for ongoing organizational change. In conjunction with the President Beth identifies and leads new business development opportunities.
